Starting a Charging Session

  • Plugin your vehicle.
  • SCAN QR Code from the app or
  • Select the station plugged in and tap START.
  • Verify/Skip Restricted Use Policy guidelines.
  • Choose the amount of energy/duration required.
  • Select the plug that is plugged into the vehicle.
  • Charging is initiated only with sufficient balance.

  • Ending a Charging Session

  • Just Unplug or,
  • Tap on the STOP CHARGING button & Unplug.


  • Fuel Saved is the amount of fossil fuel that you have not consumed by using an electric vehicle.

    Charging Time is the time of the day when you have charged your vehicle and the energy delivered during the time.

    Energy Consumed is the total energy utilized on a day.

    Wallet & Balance:
    Razorpay is the integrated payment gateway provided in the app. You can securely add money to your Blink Charging wallet through any of the following methods:

  • UPI - Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe
  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Net banking
  • Wallet - Mobikwik, Freecharge, etc.
  • Pay Later - ICICI Bank Pay Later

    While we offer you multiple choices in charging your EV including

  • Full Charge
  • By Energy in Kwh
  • By Rupees
  • By Time

  • The exact rupee value of the charge in the above cases cannot be determined except in the charge by rupees option - hence we keep a deposit of Rs. 50 as a security.

    This is very similar to Fastag and other services.

    In case you would like to not use Blink chargers anymore and would like a refund of the security deposit, please write in to us at customerservice@blinkcharging.in
